Last Updated: June 7, 2026

Welcome to ThinkLoop. By accessing or using our website, services, and directory integration tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use of Services

ThinkLoop offers directory synchronization, identity management automation, and custom routing services. You agree to use the services solely for lawful, internal organizational purposes and in compliance with these terms. You shall not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our application infrastructure, other customer environments, or associated network systems.
  • Provide false, misleading, or unauthorized administrator credentials or email configurations when linking identity providers.
  • Use the services to transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful programming code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the ThinkLoop application or backend APIs.

2. Account Security & API Credentials

To use certain automated workspace functions, you will be required to authenticate via external protocols (such as OAuth consent popup screens or client secrets).

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any credentials, API keys, or connection parameters managed within your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials or any other breach of system security.
  • ThinkLoop is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your authentication parameters.

3. License & Intellectual Property

All software, layout designs, user interfaces, branding assets, backend routing logic, and diagnostic scripts associated with the ThinkLoop service are the exclusive property of ThinkLoop and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform solely in accordance with these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThinkLoop, its affiliates, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, user directory access issues, service interruptions, or data losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the integration features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ThinkLoop services and integrations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of third-party APIs.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or posed a security risk to the platform or other tenants.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThinkLoop operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
