How We Use Google Workspace Data
ThinkLoop offers a native integration with the Google Workspace Admin SDK. This integration requires directory administrator access via Google's secure OAuth flow to perform the following core operations:
- User Synchronization: Listing and reading user profile fields (such as email, name, organization unit, and status) to display and align directory states inside the ThinkLoop administrative workspace.
- Directory Lifecycle Management: Performing directory updates authorized by your administrator, such as adding users to Google groups, modifying group roles, triggering password resets, or suspending user access.
- Audit Logging: Recording administrative event outcomes to compile local compliance logs, showing your security teams who initiated updates.
Data Privacy and Security: ThinkLoop does not access, read, or process personal user contents (such as emails, documents, or chats). All access keys and access actions are handled securely in transit via SSL/TLS encryption. We never share, sell, or utilize your directory data for advertisement or any secondary purposes.
